Sonya Hinds

As Director of Human Resources, Sonya Hinds leads a team responsible for New Hire On-boarding, Talent Management, HR Programs, and Strategic Workforce Planning. Sonya has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations and possesses a unique understanding of the U.S. workforce and issues that drive retention, employee engagement and performance.   Born in Maryland, and raised in numerous places around the world (like Guam, Germany and Korea) as the daughter of a military family, Sonya enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends.
