Shambra Speckmiear

Shambra Speckmiear brings over 7 years of sales and recruitment experience to Randstad Healthcare.  She started at Randstad Healthcare, formerly Clinical One, in 2004 as a travel nurse recruiter.  In 2006, Shambra was promoted to Team Leader and in 2007 she was promoted to Recruitment Manager.  Today, Shambra oversees the company’s two largest recruitment offices in Austin, Texas and West Springfield, Massachusetts.    She oversees travel, contract, and permanent placements nationwide.  She is a three time winner of Randstad Healthcare’s “Top Recruiter” award, Randstad Healthcare Impact Player of the Year, recipient of Healthcare Traveler Magazines’ “Recruiter of the Year” award, and a member of President’s Club.   Shambra has been quoted in industry publications including, Healthcare Traveler Magazine, Cath Lab Digest, and Advance for Nurses.  Shambra’s work was also published in the July 2010 edition of Cath Lab Digest for an article she wrote on “Managing to Increase Morale”.  Shambra received her Bachelor’s in Education in 2004 from the University of Texas.
